So After 24 hours my home planet pop has gone from 400mu to 400mu....
Is it not growing??

I read it takes up to 48h to jump to 1M.

My home world has never gained any population. I don't know if that's WAD or not. I don't have any of the population increase techs researched yet.

Yeah, I'm fairly certain something is wrong with the Population growth for Homeworlds. I have one colony per server and they are all steadily growing their populations. Looks like its going to be about 4-6 hours to go from 1Mu to 100Mu and getting my first Factory. But in all that time, my Homeworlds haven't added a single digit to their Populations. Either 400Mu is the Cap, until you research more Science Techs, or their is a bug.
