Orbital cap

What are the orbital cap ?
It seem that you can not build more than one shipyard.
What are the caps for the other orbitals ?

I think most of them are set for one. The combat ones are not limited.

You can build multiple refineries, but as far as I can tell, they do nothing after the first one. If that's true, building additional ones shouldn't be possible.
