The past few days it seems like my skills on both the Aruru and Irkala server have been somewhat jacked up. And by that i mean i'll set a queue of skills and then look later to check the progress and skills will be missing in the queue. What ones are there may be position 3 or 4. The only one that ever stays constant is the one that's currently being learned, until it is learned and then i have to unque everything and redo it.

If the ones that appear to be missing are ones that you are learning Rank 2 and above, I have already submitted a bug report about this issue.

The current client has some bugs with manipulating the skill queue. We were playing with this yesterday and I believe it is all fixed in the new client that is coming.
