Tech Queue Management

I like to queue up several techs at once, particularly early in the game when they are all pretty quick. However, if I decide I want something low in the queue to be next, it's very cumbersome to move it up. It would be great if there were up and down arrows to change queue positions, even better if, in typical iOS style, there was some way to grab and drag techs up or down in the queue.

Agreed. Lee brought this up in our meeting last night. I haven't been posting much the last couple of days trying to wrap up the new client. Now that the new client has been submitted I'll start to look in to how we can do this effectively.
