24 hours grace time for lost homeworld is not respected

After homeworld is lost and 24h passes other colonies/outposts are still alive and belong to the old owner.
It would be nice to have this a bug patched ASAP.

It's not a bug. We don't purge all of a player's assets just because he's lost.
