admins any help? i deleted the character Local Postman, and have created a new one NeighbourhoodWatch and re-bought another $1.99 but still is not working.

Bought this app yesterday, 1 month subscription, registered and activated on here. How come i cannot login to the game? it keeps telling me that i dont have a valid subsciption. when i try buy again it says you already have a subscription and i can buy again to re-new...dont want to just yet in case the game isnt for me.
also, whats the difference between play game, join:none and play unregistered? join:none just kinda freezes on a loading screen, the other two tell me i dont have a valid subscription.
please help.
