I just bought a subscription for my character using my iPad. It still says that I have no subscription. I then restarted the game, still the same issue. Could you please help me out?

I am having a similar issue. I downloaded the client, created account, bought 3 months of time. It shows I am "expired" and the loading message "please wait auto select: Athrun" just sits there without loading for 20 mins. Plz help
Both of you please PM me and paste in your Apple receipts so I can look up the time of purchase. Thanks.
Oh good, I thought I was the only one. I actually got stuck twice, and wound up paying a third time (and it worked then), thinking my internet connection was wonky. I'll PM you my receipt, but what would be cool is if I could have these extra two transferred to the same character (Erialcnis) on the account with this name. It's totally cool if you can't do it, this game is certainly worth six bucks. It's all good either way. :)
Having the same problem. Bought 1 month but character says it's expired. Today saw iTunes had $1.99 charge from earlier this week.

having the same problem, yesterday bought one month time, stuck at loading so I tought maybe server was down. Few moments ago I bought aditional month time just to see if maybe my first purchase was buged, again same thing...

I convinced a buddy of mine to try the game, but he is having the same problem, as well as apparently not even getting an iTunes receipt. Not a great first impression. Is new account creation working at all? What should he do?
It does work almost all of the time. I'm not familiar with iOS quirks, but apparently from the things I've heard, taking a call during the purchase interrupts the purchase, as do apparently other things. Believe me, I have been forcefully making the case with Z that we need to find out what is causing the client to fail to complete the operation. Having said that, I have not heard of a case where an iTunes receipt was not issued. That would be a new one.
I have same issue I also sent my receipt to Tsagoth.
I'll have to talk to Z about that. AFAIK, if iTunes doesn't show the purchase then it didn't go through. I know the email from Apple doesn't show up for a few days after, but iTunes should show it right away.
Where in iTunes does it show that you've purchased in-app content?
Go to your account, there is an option in the middle of that to show previous purchases. The receipt is there. As an example, the receipt will look like this.
I'm having this issue. Bought the subscription twice (once by accident, I just wanted to try the game out). I'll go ahead and PM tsagoth, I'd greatly appreciate it if I get this resolved.
Hi, Having this issue as well, and I managed to purchase 4 times 1 month subscription before realizing the error.
I have PMed tsagoth with a different account (Darzic not Darzic2). Because I have still not received a confirmation e-mail on the first forum account I created this one as well to be able to post here.
hope this gets resolved quickly as I am eager to play. Been searching for this type of game for a long time.

I;ve the same problem. Created three accs and purchased 2 times for one month and deleted some accounts and tried to handle it anyhow. Unfortunately I didn't looked up for the forum before... Will send you a PN too.:rolleyes:
